THE DIAL OF LOVE IN LIFE: CHINESE ANIMAL LOVERS

Western press often depicts Chinese people as cruel and unfeeling humans, ready to toss live turtles into pots of boiling water or cruelly draining the bear biles in a clandestine animal farm.

This dark side is found in any corner of the world, wherever there are humans beings. Unfortunately.

It is a sign of ignorance and total disconnection with the empathy well that dwells in the heart of any human being, be it unawakened or otherwise. Sometimes it is the product of sociopathic behaviour (Video 1) or brain pathology.

Video 1. Animal cruelty at the Philadelphia Gun Club.

But there is another side to the human dimension, which from time to time finds its way to the world of books or the newspapers.

People are like the volume dial on your computer screen. Some are standing at the low volume side of the needle on the left, others are a little bit closer to the middle of the dial, still others have gone a bit beyond the middle of the dial, others have reached the three quarters volume line, some are standing or traversing the remaining one quarter before the point of highest volume. And very few have reached, if ever humans are able to reach it, the point of highest volume setting on the dial on the right side.

By lower and higher volume on the dial we mean less or more advancement on the path towards Enlightment: a caring way and feeling of love for anything or anyone beyond the prison walls of our own realm of egocentricity.

We are talking about the Dial of Love in our lives as we play in the Symphony of Life. Indeed!

It is a road we all walk alone in life and it is a must path to walk, sensing every bit of energy that is always radiating from every corner of Creation.

It is a compulsory duty, a needed path to search and follow in these troubled times when we have turned Mother Nature into an object to be used, trampled, polluted and destroyed to the dismay of all the life forms that inhabit this wonderful planet we call Earth, a miraculous spaceship.

It is very sad and very unfair what we can have done and do to our Mother´s Mother: Earth (Video 2).

Video 2. The destruction of Nature.

Humans are a surprising bulk of atoms and molecules. The unfeeling cold matter, we could say notwithstanding perhaps wrongly, for we can never know what it feels to be a single atom o a pebble in the riverbed, capable of feeling and admiring the miracles of this mysterious Universe

What it cannot be felt by our scientific instruments it can be felt by Nature´s hearts and feelers or sensors which come in every shape, ours or theirs, those belonging to other species on planet Earth.

Thus, it is wondeful to read news about China´s animal lovers whose hearts are walking along the Dial of Love, we might say somewhere beyond the middle of it with its Light in sight.

Their wonderful empathy towards animals is quite impressive and exemplary, as shown by the following pictures:
